Terms of Service

flork.fun (the “Platform”) is a web interface to permissionless smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is a non-custodial tool: it never holds your funds or private keys. All trades, token launches and transfers are executed by decentralized programs (including Meteora’s Dynamic Bonding Curve) that you interact with directly from your own wallet. We do not operate an exchange, broker, or custodian.

Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched here are highly speculative and volatile. You may lose the entire value of any assets you commit. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for doing your own research (DYOR).

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using blockchain services under any applicable law or sanctions regime. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Coins are created on a fair bonding curve with no presale and no team allocation, and graduate to a locked liquidity pool. A trading fee applies on the curve, of which a share goes to the coin’s creator. Fees and mechanics are shown in-app and may change for future launches; on-chain parameters of already-created pools are immutable.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, for the content and legality of any token you create (name, symbol, image, links), and for not using the Platform to launch content that infringes rights, impersonates others, or is illegal. We may remove tokens from our interface at our discretion; this does not affect the underlying on-chain assets.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, the value or legitimacy of any token, or the behavior of third-party protocols and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flork.fun and its contributors will not be liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Platform, third-party protocols, or the underlying blockchain.

The Platform relies on third parties (e.g. Solana RPC providers, wallet providers, hosting and authentication services). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
