Privacy Policy

flork.fun is a non-custodial interface to public Solana programs. We collect as little as possible and never hold your funds or private keys. This policy explains what limited data we handle when you use the Platform.

• Wallet address — your public Solana address when you connect, used to show your profile, holdings, points and to attribute launches and trades. It is already public on-chain.
• On-chain activity — trades, launches and transfers are recorded on the public blockchain, not by us. We index some of it to power the interface.
• Profile you provide — optional username, bio, avatar and social links you choose to add.
• Local settings — trade settings and column layout are stored in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

We do not collect your private keys, seed phrase, name, email (unless you choose social login), physical address, or payment card details. We never ask you to enter a seed phrase.

To run the Platform we rely on providers that may process technical data (such as your IP or wallet address) under their own privacy policies:

• Privy — optional email/social login and embedded wallets.
• Solana RPC providers — to read and broadcast on-chain data.
• Hosting & database — to serve the site and store the indexed data above.

We do not sell your data.

We use browser local storage for your preferences and a session cookie to keep you signed in after you sign a message with your wallet. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.

Indexed on-chain data and profiles persist to keep the interface functional. On-chain records are permanent and outside our control.

You can disconnect your wallet at any time, edit or clear your profile, and clear your browser storage. Because blockchain data is public and immutable, we cannot delete on-chain records.

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the update.
